1. Project courtesy, hospitality and professional behavior across your department at all times guest and fellow colleagues
2. Welcome guest upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism
3. Open main entrance door for all guest
4. Provide guest with efficient luggage and transportation assistant as require
5. Assist in handling all licenses related to vehicles
6. Deliver/pickup luggage to/from Villa as required
7. Stay up to date on new happenings, new traffic regulation, openings, closings traffic situations, construction, etc in the city that may impact the guest
8. Act as Airport Representative to greet arriving guest with the placard at the Airport as require
9. Ensure the Villa cars as properly cleaned, polish , maintained and stocked with guest amenities according to established standards and procedure
10. Maintain updated information on airlines flights for expected Villa arrivals or departures to ensure all pre arrange d car transfer are properly scheduled
11. Meet and greet guest with Villa transportation arrangements at the airport with courtesy and professionalism including luggage assistance and escorting to Villa Car
12. Keep a tab on the vehicle and report to the Superior in case of maintenance or repair need.
13. Keep a record of all the incidents while driving, for example, any accidents and claim. The Driver is also responsible to report to his superior regarding all such incidents.
14. Valet duties require :
a. Assist guest with vehicle parking service
b. Record and park guest vehicle, ensure the utmost care of vehicles and personal belonging according to establish standard and procedure
c. Retrieve guest vehicle from Villa Parking as required
15. Ensure to meet all the comfort requirements of the Villa guest and customer during them at the vehicle
16. Ensure safe and easy travel for the customers/ guests to their destinations or to the Villa.
17. File and record of the timings for which the vehicle was used and the purpose to his/ her superior..
18. Responsible to assist the guests in any travel or destination regarding issues by applying his knowledge of the local area.
19. Responsible to ensure the safety of the guests while travelling and ensure the security of guest belonging while travelling.
20. Ensure that the guests are wearing seat belts and able to maintain a positive conversation with the guests.
21. Forward or report all guest complaints, problems or incidents to the superior
22. Responsible to park the car at designated parking areas and also follow the parking policy.
23. Obey all traffic and driving regulations like speed limit etc at all times.
24. Assist with other administrative departments with transportation requirements like sales calls etc.
25. Always maintain positive customer relations at all times.
26. Have a good knowledge and able to provide information according of the Villa's facilities and services including and any places of interest near the Villa if asked by the guest
27. Keep the assigned car or vehicle clean and ensuring that it is mechanically sound.
28. The vehicle must be spotless in both exterior and interior appearance and ready to go for a drive without issue at all times.
29. Inspect vehicle using the car checklist and rectify any issues found during the checking.
30. Ensure effective handover from the earlier shift and sign on the log book.
31. Preferably non-smoker due to the close proximity with the guest, use mouth freshness to avoid bad odors.
32. Maintain high grooming and personal hygiene standards.
33. Always wear a proper uniform with name tag nicely polished
34. Practices accident prevention measures.
35. Maintains good personal safety and grooming standards.
36. Maintain the parking spaces and key cabinet and ensure cleanliness is to the maximum.
37. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
